本研究將以筆記型電腦內建照相鏡頭為例,考慮鏡片的製作形狀、材料收縮比例、射出成形因素,提出以模仁非線性預補償的方法。在射出成形之前以預估收縮形狀對模仁進行誤差量的補償 ,軟體處理預補償擬合出預補償的非球面修正係數。實驗結果以非線性預補償後可達到53.4~95.6%的改善效果,此研究可以減少ㄧ次開發試模的程序 ,這樣狀態下在進行第二次補償可得更符合輪廓誤差精度的非球面鏡片 By taking the lens of web camera inside the note book and cellular phone for the example, the topic of this thesis is primarily discussed; and considered of the factors like the manufacturing shape of lens, the shrink ratio of material and the injection molding, we can provide that the compensation against the measurement error of aspheric plastic lens under the method of the cored non-linear compensation. The consequence of this test can reach the improvement during 53.4 to 95.6 percentages after the non-linear compensation. To have better compensated precision mainly on lens curvature and the lens, which the thickness is unsure, the improvement ratio can be during from 43.9 to 92.2 percentages if we fix the shrinking ratio.
