本研究聚焦於雙凸輪驅動的開關模機構設計，雙凸輪的應用提供了在模具夾緊過程中增加控制能力、提升運動特性和減少機件損耗(延長機械壽命)的可能；透過採用兩個凸輪的設計，優化開關模的運動特性和力量分佈，從而提高模具夾緊過程的各種性能和穩定性。設計時必須考慮的因素包括：1. 機構死點配置、2. 第一凸輪運動曲線的選用、3. 第二凸輪運動曲線的擬合、以及4. 凸輪壓力角的計算。透過機構模擬分析，設計出開關模加速度最小(可高速運動)的雙凸輪驅動的開關模機構，同時減少機械之磨損、振動和噪音。本研究分析現有吹瓶機機構，探討現有機構之優缺點，找出可優化設計的地方，並分析開關模之最大加速度以及凸輪壓力角…等。首先，根據先前研究所提出的運動曲線，選擇開關模的運動曲線並進行第二驅動滑塊之運動曲線擬合；接著，根據開關模的運動曲線與第二驅動滑塊的運動曲線，設計出第一凸輪與第二凸輪，並分析其凸輪壓力角。在提升生產速度的同時，要確保機構穩定、減少機器的耗損、振動以及噪音；一般連桿機構之開關模，利用死點構型增加鎖模力，因此必須先解除死點才有辦法進行開關模運動，本研究提出之二個解決方案，說明如下：第一方案：第一凸輪驅動開關模運動，第二凸輪驅動第二驅動滑塊運動，機構為六桿七接頭一個自由度機構。第二方案：七桿八接頭兩個自由度機構，凸輪驅動模式與第一方案相同，新增滑塊7使其向右位移但不超過0.5mm，使模座減少水平方向之承受力量。本研究分析兩方案其壓力角大小後選定可行性較高之方案，並進行曲線擬和，再將其結果進行比較，得到較佳之運動曲線。.

520 3 $a This study focuses on the design of a mold clamping mechanism driven by dual cams. The application of dual cams enhances the clamping force and control ability in the mold clamping process. By employing dual cam mechanisms, the design aims to optimize motion trajectories and force distribution, thereby improving the performance and stability of the mold clamping process. The design considers various factors, such as pressure angles, dead-position configuration, and motion curve fitting of second cam. Through simulation analysis, the proposed mechanism aims to achieve reliable and high mold clamping force while minimizing wear, vibration, and noise. The current design of the blow molding machine was found to have areas for optimization. This study investigates and compares the peak acceleration, pressure angles, and other factors during mold opening and closing. Based on previously motion curves, a suitable cam-driven mold clamping mechanism was designed to enhance production speed, ensuring stability, reducing machine wear, vibration, and noise. The mold opening and closing of the mechanism increase the clamping force by dead-position configuration. Before opening the mold, the dead-position configuration must be released first. This study proposes two solutions: 1. First design concept: The mold clamping mechanism is 6 bar and 7 joint mechanism with 1 degrees of freedom. The first cam drives the mold, and the second cam drives the control slider. 2.
