This three-article dissertation presents researched viewpoints and perspectives on mitigating cultural prejudice/bias in educators in Culturally Responsive Pedagogy. Culturally Responsive Pedagogy is a student-centered route to teaching in which the students' unique cultural strengths are distinguished and cultivated to promote the student achievement and a sense of well-being about the student's cultural place in the world that recognizes the importance of including the students' cultural references in all aspects of learning (Ladson-Billings, 1994). The first article defines Culturally Responsive Pedagogy that would mitigate cultural prejudice/bias in educators and argues for its potential to enhance learning ability of the students. The second article details the findings from a qualitative study of educators from the Southeastern part of the United States concerning Culturally Responsive Pedagogy, describing how the worldviews, curriculum and White privilege affects the implementation of Culturally Responsive Pedagogy. The third article provides a practical application based on the findings of the research in a PowerPoint presentation to guide educators in implementing effective Culturally Responsive Pedagogy in their curriculum and instructional practices.
