本研究在探討民眾參與臺南市學甲區慈濟宮上白礁謁祖祭典真人藝閣活動「參與動機」、「涉入程度」與「地方依附」之關係，並以與學甲地區有淵源之民眾及慈濟宮香客、遊客為研究對象，採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查。問卷量表內容包括基本資料、參與動機量表、涉入程度量表、地方依附量表等四個部分。問卷共發出325份，回收後扣除無效問卷10份，有效問卷計315份，有效問卷回收率為96.92%。回收資料採用描述性統計分析、相關分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等統計分析，本研究結果發現：除了性別之外，不同社經背景變項之民眾在真人藝閣參與動機、涉入程度及地方依附具有顯著差異。民眾對真人藝閣之參與動機與涉入程度具有顯著線性關係；對真人藝閣之涉入程度與地方依附具有顯著線性關係；對真人藝閣之參與動機與地方依附具有顯著線性關係，並且涉入程度在參與動機與地方依附關係之間具之中介效果。最後，根據研究結果提出建議，提供相關單位與未來相關主題之研究方向之參考。.

520 3 $a This study is to explore the relationship between " participation motivation ", " leisure involvement " and " place attachment" in people's participation in the Tainan City Xuejia District Tzu-Chi Temple Shangbaijiao Ancestor Ceremony Children's performance pavilion activity, and to compare it with the Xuejia area People with connections and pilgrims of Tzu-Chi Temple were selected as the research objects, and a convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey. The content of the questionnaire includes four parts: basic information, participation motivation scale, leisure involvement scale, and place attachment scale. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis and regression analysis.
