蜂蜜是全球十大攙偽造假食物前三名，產地造假是蜂蜜攙偽四大項之一，因此希望透由「產銷履歷農產品生產過程台灣良好農業規範(TGAP)-蜂產類」(之後簡稱TGAP-蜂產類)管理要求進行蜂場管理與蜂產品生產，透由相關生產記錄驗證蜂產品產地與品質。然自2020年7月17日「TGAP-蜂產類」公告執行至今也已有數年，蜂農個人或產銷班集體名義申請相關產品的驗證申請人數雖逐年增加，但目前總數佔台灣總養蜂戶百分比尚未到2成，蜂產品產量極易受氣候變遷、環境改變等因素影響，讓產銷履歷蜂產品在驗證數量與後續行銷推廣發展受到侷限。本研究以質性訪談法進行蜂農實際訪談，探討影響蜂農是否參與產銷履歷的關鍵因素，經由深度訪談結果，可以知道「TGAP-蜂產類」雖然立意良好，但執行上需要耗費的時間成本、蜂場管理部分規範執行困難度高以及後續行銷通路管理等因素，儘管目前有相關驗證與田間補助可申請，多數蜂農尚處於觀望不參與的狀態，若能簡化管理規範、加強加工驗證推廣，提升蜂產品經濟效益，提高蜂農參與意願。.

520 3 $a Honey is among the top three falsified foods globally, and source fraud is one of the four major categories of honey adulteration. Therefore, it is hoped that the management of honey farms and honey product production can be carried out through the "Taiwan Good Agricultural Practices (TGAP)-Honey Products" (referred to as TGAP-Honey Products) management requirements, and the origin and quality of honey products can be verified through relevant production records. However, despite the fact that the number of farmers or collective entities applying for verification of related products under the "TGAP-Honey Products" label has increased year by year since the announcement of the regulations on July 17, 2020, the total number of verified farmers in Taiwan still accounts for less than 20% of the total number of beekeepers. Honey product production is highly susceptible to climate change and environmental changes, which limits the number of verified products and subsequent marketing and promotion of TGAP-Honey Products. This study conducted qualitative interviews with beekeepers to explore the key factors affecting their participation in the production and sales traceability system. Through the in-depth interview results, it was found that "TGAP-Bee Products" has a good intention, but the implementation requires a high cost of time and effort, difficulties in implementing management regulations in beehives, and difficulties in managing subsequent marketing channels. Although there are related verification and field subsidy applications, most beekeepers are still in a state of observation and do not participate. If the management regulations can be simplified and the promotion of processing verification can be strengthened, the economic benefits of bee products can be improved, and the willingness of beekeepers to participate can be increased..
