本研究在pet基板上透過水熱法生長鋇摻雜氧化鋅奈米柱結構，透過不同濃度分別是1Mm、1.5Mm、2Mm、2.5Mm來進行摻雜，並濺鍍一層Pt薄膜在奈米柱結構上，最後製作成鋇摻雜奈米發電機，利用超聲波驅動奈米發電機來測試發電性能，觀測鋇摻雜對奈米柱的影響。根據研究結果，利用SEM觀察發現，2 mM的鋇摻雜使得奈米柱的平均長度顯著提升。純奈米柱的平均長度為13.4 μm，而添加2 mM鋇後的奈米柱平均長度達到28.1 μm。此外，純ZnO奈米發電機的最佳性能表現為7.08 × 10^-10 A和1.65 × 10^-3 V，而2 mM鋇摻雜後的ZnO奈米發電機則達到了1.63 × 10^-7 A和3.13 × 10^-3 V。這些結果顯示，2 mM鋇摻雜能夠有效提升奈米柱的長度並改善奈米發電機的性能，這對於開發新型微型能源裝置具有重要的意義。.

520 3 $a This study employed hydrothermal growth on PET substrates to fabricate barium-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorod structures, doping with varying concentrations of 1 mM, 1.5 mM, 2 mM, and 2.5 mM of barium. A Pt thin film was sputtered onto the nanorod structures, creating barium-doped nanogenerators. The nanogenerators were tested for electricity generation performance using ultrasound stimulation, with a focus on observing the influence of barium doping on the nanorods. According to the research findings observed via SEM, doping with 2 mM of barium significantly increased the average length of the nanorods. The average length of pure nanorods was 13.4 μm, whereas those doped with 2 mM of barium reached an average length of 28.1 μm. Additionally, the optimal performance of pure ZnO nanogenerators was measured at 7.08 × 10^-10 A and 1.65 × 10^-3 V, while after doping with 2 mM of barium, the performance improved to 1.63 × 10^-7 A and 3.13 × 10^-3 V. These results demonstrate that doping with 2 mM of barium effectively enhances the length of nanorods and improves the performance of ZnO nanogenerators.
