在傳統製鞋廠中,工人經常長時間從事重複性高與強度大的工作,很容易導致疲勞和職業病,而自動化的機械手臂可以代替人工完成這些高強度的操作以減少身體負擔,同時,機械手臂也減少因為操作錯誤而發生的事故,進而保障了工人的安全。隨著市場需求的變化,製鞋廠可以使用機械手臂進行編程和調整,做出不同款式和尺寸的鞋子,這種自動化的技術使得製鞋廠能夠快速應對市場的變化,以減少產品的生產週期並提高市場競爭力。 本論文應用機械手臂、可程式化邏輯控制器和無線射頻識別系統等自動化設備於製鞋生產中的一個流程,以實現自動化取放鞋底壓合系統。透過接收無線射頻識別系統的訊號於工業電腦進行分析資料後,對可程式化邏輯控制器發送訊號控制機械手臂做循環動作流程,並且藉由C#設計人機介面再整合各個設備的訊號,讓訊號可以在軟體的介面上分別顯示出來,使操作者做後續的測試和調整各個機台的參數狀態。最後在測試過程中,系統展現了穩定的操作性能,並設計了多重安全保護機制,進一步提升系統的穩定性和可靠性。.

In traditional shoe manufacturers, workers often engage in repetitive and high-intensity work for long periods of time, which can easily lead to fatigue and occupational diseases. Automated robotic arms can replace manual labor to complete these high-intensity operations to reduce physical burden. At the same time, the robotic arms also reduce accidents due to operating errors, thus ensuring worker safety. As market demand changes, shoe manufacturers can use robotic arms to program and adjust to make shoes of different styles and sizes. This automatic technology allows shoe manufacturers to quickly respond to the footwear market changes, reduce product production cycles, and improve market competitiveness. This thesis applies automated equipment such as robotic arms, programmable logic controller, and radio frequency identification system to a process in shoe production to realize an automated pick and place system for the shoe sole attachment. After receiving the signals from the radio frequency identification system and analyzing the data on the industrial computer, it sends signals to the programmable logic controller to control the robotic arm to perform a cyclic action process. We use C# to design the human-machine interface and then integrate the signals from each device to allow the signals displayed on the interface. Operators can conduct subsequent tests and adjust the parameter status of each machine. Finally, during the test process, the system demonstrated stable operating performance, and multiple safety protection mechanisms were designed to further improve the stability and reliability of the proposed system..
