This dissertation is quantitative and explores the Satisfaction with Life of individuals with visual impairments. The societal (macro) and personal (micro) aspects of disability are explored with an emphasis on the disparities and inequity present in society. Recommendations are proposed based on the findings derived from the study in addressing some of the issues prevalent in the lives of visually impaired individuals.
