Bugunun hizla gelisen dunyasinda, isletmeler teknoloji odakli musterilerin ihtiyaclarina uyum saglamalidir. Bu tez, musterilerin teknolojiyle yonlendirilen urunlere olan tutumlarini arastirmakta olup ozellikle akilli perakende teknolojilerinde mobil cuzdan uzerinde odaklanmaktadir. Calisma, musteri algilari ve davranisi uzerinde mobil cuzdanlarin etkisini analiz etmek icin Yapisal Esitlik Modellemesi (SEM) yontemini ve SPSS AMOS programini kullanmistir. Bulgular, faydaci ve hazci motivasyonlarin rollerini ve guvenin musteri tutumlari uzerindeki olumlu etkisini vurgulamaktadir. Bu motivasyonlari anlamak, guvenin onemini tanimak ve guvenli ve guvenilir cozumlerin gerekliligini vurgulamak, teknolojiyle yonlendirilen urunlere iliskin musteri tutumlarinin kapsamli bir sekilde incelenmesi icin onemlidir.Teknoloji Hazir Olma ve Kabul Modeli'ne (TRAM) dayanan onerilen model, teknolojiyle yonlendirilen urunlerin faydaci ve hazci yonlerine iliskin musteri beklentilerine isik tutmaktadir. Islem hizi ve guveni dikkate alarak, model musteri tercihleri ve davranislarina holistik bir bakis sunar. Calisma, islem hizinin kullanim kolayligini artirdigini ortaya koymakta ve iyimserlik, yenilikcilik ve rahatsizlik gibi faktorlerin kullanim kolayligi ve algilanan faydaliligi onemli olcude etkiledigini gostermektedir. Bu bulgular, urun performansinin optimize edilmesini ve teknolojiyle yonlendirilen urunlerin tasarimi ve uygulanmasinda faktorlerin dikkate alinmasini vurgulamaktadir. Arastirma, isletmelerin musteri tutumlarini daha iyi anlamalarini ve stratejilerini buna gore uyarlamalarini saglayarak, teknolojiyle yonlendirilen urunlerin dinamik ortaminda musteri memnuniyetini ve basarisini artirmaya yonelik degerli icgoruler sunmaktadir.

This thesis investigates customer attitudes towards technology-driven products, specifically focusing on the mobile wallet in smart retail technologies. The study employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methodology with SPSS AMOS to analyze the impact of mobile wallets on customer perceptions and behavior. The findings highlight the roles of utilitarian and hedonic motivations and the positive influence of trust on customer attitudes. Understanding these motivations is crucial for comprehensively studying customer attitudes towards technology-driven products while recognizing the significance of trust and emphasizing the need for secure and reliable solutions.Based on the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM), the proposed model offers insights into customer expectations regarding utilitarian and hedonic aspects of technology-driven products. Considering transaction speed and trust, the model provides a holistic view of customer preferences and behaviors. The study reveals that transaction speed enhances perceived ease of use, and factors like optimism, innovativeness, and discomfort significantly influence perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. These findings emphasize optimizing product performance and considering factors during the design and implementation of technology-driven products. The research contributes valuable insights, enabling businesses to understand customer attitudes better and tailor their strategies accordingly, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and success in the dynamic landscape of technology-driven products.
