She advises organisations in the arts and cultural sector on leadership and organisational development. Lena Zischler is a Research Assistant at the Institute for Cultural Management, Ludwigsburg University of Education, Germany. She conducts research on leadership in the arts and advises organisations in the arts and cultural sector on leadership and organisational development.
