HT66F3370H為盛群半導體近年來推出的第一顆具有控制區域網路功能的微控制器,它於市場上屬於非主流,所以本論文基於它設計一套車載系統與一套OBD2連接器以及一套結合車載系統與OBD2連接器的虛擬CAN車載系統,並且使用市售產品驗證其功能。本論文設計的車載系統模擬了主引擎控制器、傳輸控制模組與防鎖死剎車系統這三個車內電子控制單元,並且模擬了車輛診斷系統中的模式1車輛當前狀態與模式9車輛資訊。利用抬頭顯示器透過讀取車輛診斷系統來獲取車輛狀態的特性來驗證我們的車載系統,在符合規劃的需求下實現一套電路簡單、容易維護且成本便宜的車載系統。OBD2連接器具有查詢車輛診斷系統代碼與部分ELM327指令功能,可以與市售的車輛診斷系統軟體做連接,利用車輛診斷系統軟體透過我們設計的OBD2連接器與車載系統做連接測試,證明OBD2連接器可以與現有車輛診斷系統軟體做連接。虛擬CAN車載系統模擬了三個車內電子控制單元並結合了OBD2連接器功能。外部設備可以透過UART介面下達OBD2指令,使它產生可觀測的OBD2傳輸格式的CAN訊號。我們可以使用它來輔助我們分析學習車輛診斷系統的傳輸格式,也證明了HT66F3370H可以實現我們所規劃的功能。.

HT66F3370H is the first microcontroller with a Control Area Network function launched by Holtek Semiconductor in recent years. It is not mainstream in the market. Therefore, this thesis designs a vehicle system, an OBD2 connector, and a virtual CAN vehicle system based on HT66F3370H. Finally, we use commercially available products to verify their functions. The vehicle system designed in this thesis simulates three in-vehicle electronic control units: engine controller, transmission control module, and anti-lock brake system, and simulates the current status of OBD2 in Mode 1 and the vehicle information of OBD2 in Mode 9. We use the head-up displayer to authenticate our vehicle system and read the vehicle status of the vehicle system through it. This thesis implements a vehicle-mounted simulation system with a simple circuit, easy maintenance, and low cost, which meets our planning requirements. The OBD2 connector designed in this thesis has the function of querying the code of the OBD2 system and some ELM327 instructions that connect with the commercially available OBD2 system software. We use the OBD2 system software to conduct a connection test with the vehicle system we designed through the OBD2 connector we implemented. The test results prove that the HT66F3370H can realize the functions we expected. The virtual CAN vehicle system combines the functions of the vehicle system and the OBD2 connector. External devices can issue OBD2 commands through the UART interface and generate observable CAN signals in the OBD2 transmission format. It can assist us in analyzing and learning the transmission format of the vehicle diagnostic system, and it also proves that the HT66F3370H can realize the functions we planned..
