本論文構建了一個功能全面的呼吸輔助和檢測系統。該系統使用ESP32作為主要控制模組,結合多種感測模組實現自動控制流量。感測模組包括Grove–Temperature, Humidity, Pressure and Gas Sensor(溫濕度、壓力、氣體感測器)、心率血氧感測器MAX30102及氧氣感測器(Gravity IIC Oxygen Sensor 0-25%vol)。系統能夠即時監測呼吸流量、心跳心率、溫濕度和氣壓數值,這些數據即時顯示在手機APP上,並控制鼓風機的運轉速率和流量比例閥的流量大小。輸出設備包括OLED顯示器(SSD1306)、鼓風機BLDC2414、LED及蜂鳴器。當檢測到異常流量時,系統將觸發警報器。氣瓶氣體流量的控制主要使用馬達式流量比例閥,以實現精準的微量氣體控制。 系統還包括GPS模組,用於獲取外界環境資訊,使用UART連接GPS,GPS每秒自動獲取衛星訊號並傳送至ESP32。通過藍牙,ESP32與手機配對後,系統將GPS資訊和感測器數據傳送至手機,使用者可以通過手機App接收並顯示這些資訊。 該系統融合了隨身式、運動輔助、人體檢測和自動化等關鍵概念,為需要呼吸輔助的人體提供便捷解決方案。使用者可以隨身攜帶該系統,並在不同環境下進行手動或自動切換,實現人體檢測和呼吸輔助。本研究設計旨在適應各種環境需求,為使用者提供全面的呼吸支援和準確的檢測。.

This paper develops a comprehensive respiratory assistance and monitoring system. The system uses an ESP32 as the main control module, integrating various sensor modules to achieve automatic flow control. The sensor modules include the Grove–Temperature, Humidity, Pressure and Gas Sensor (temperature, humidity, pressure, and gas sensor), the MAX30102 heart rate and blood oxygen sensor, and the Gravity IIC Oxygen Sensor (0-25% vol). The system can instantly monitor respiratory flow, heart rate, humidity, and pressure values, displaying this data in real-time on a mobile app. It also controls the blower's operating speed and the flow rate of the proportional valve. Output devices include an OLED display (SSD1306), a blower (BLDC2414), LEDs, and a buzzer. When abnormal flow is detected, the system will trigger an alarm. The control of the gas cylinder flow is primarily achieved using a motorized proportional flow valve for precise micro-gas control. The system also includes a GPS module for obtaining external environmental information, using UART to connect to the GPS. The GPS automatically acquires satellite signals every second and transmits them to the ESP32. Through Bluetooth pairing with a mobile phone, the ESP32 transmits GPS information and sensor data to the mobile phone, where the user can receive and display this information via a mobile app. This system integrates key concepts such as portability, exercise assistance, body monitoring, and automation, providing a convenient solution for individuals needing respiratory assistance. Users can carry the system with them and switch between manual and automatic modes in different environments to achieve body monitoring and respiratory assistance.
