This study introduces a novel method of adequately archiving Sri Lanka's diverse landscapes through the integration of drone footage and photogrammetry. Current techniques in use often limit resolution and accuracy, hence the necessity for the development of high-quality 3D representation via techniques such as photogrammetry. High-resolution drone footage was collected extensively from different landscapes and processed through Epic Games Reality Capture, capitalizing on geo-referenced imagery for authentic results. The models derived from this workflow were showcased via a website built in Webflow, utilizing Cesium ION. This work sheds light on the possibilities of leveraging technology for comprehensive landscape archiving-an initiative with the potential to elevate cultural awareness, heritage preservation, and potentially provide a new lens for tourism in Sri Lanka. The paper concludes by emphasizing the vitality of such digital preservation methods, showcasing Sri Lanka's rich cultural and natural landscapes in a much more immersive and engaging manner.
