如何改善汽車駕駛的視覺死角以提高汽車駕駛安全性是汽車製造時一項相當重要的課題,也引發汽車輔視系統(Car View System)的商機。本論文主要利用光學分析軟體Code V,並使用特殊聚碳酸酯(special polycarbonate resin)及環狀烯烴聚合物(Cyclo-Olefin Copolymers)將過去以玻璃材質為主體的汽車影像光學鏡頭改採以塑膠材質進行開發,將5G(5Glass lens)、6G(6Glass lens)之車用鏡頭結構改為2G2P(2Glass & 2Plastic lens)。結合光學軟體優化函數之利用,進行球面光學玻璃鏡片結合非球面光學塑膠鏡片之最佳化設計,透過系統化分析與研究之流程評估,降低設計理論誤差並配合各階段單一實驗進行驗證,以降低整合階段時的錯誤風險,避免延誤研發進度時程,進而完成符合未來發展趨勢之2G2P光學鏡頭組之汽車輔視系統(Car View System),可做為汽車影像光學鏡頭設計時之研究參考方向。 How to improve the automobile driver's vision dead angle and enhance the safety for automobile driver are an important topic for automobile manufacturing , it also causes the business opportunities for car view system . In this thesis our main discussion will focus on how to use optical analysis software " Code V ", and design to use special kinds of resins of polycarbonate and Cyclo-Olefin Copolymers , changing from old style glass material as a main body for automobile image optical lens to plastic material. Changing from 5G(5Glass lens)、 6G(6Glass lens) vehicle-use lens structure to 2G2P (the 2 Glasses & 2 Plastic lens). With the optical design software’s excellent optimum function, then we can achieve the most optimal design to combining spherical glasses and aspherical plastics for our car view lens system. Through systematic analysis and research valuation , reduce the design theories error, and also carry out the verification of individual experiment in each phase, and so reduce the risk factor when integrated in each phase and avoid delaying the development schedule, Then eventually to have a 2P2G car view optical lens system good for the use or as a reference of future development tendency in automobile image.
