In 2003, Nokia publicly announced the embedded image function will bring more service and application for cellar phones. Therefore, camera module is greatly used in cellar phones.By 2002, only VGA camera module was developed. Such as 1.3M camera module in 2003, 2M camera module in 2004, 3.2M camera module in2005~2006 and 5M camera module is underdevelopmet . After that, image pixels are smaller and the image quality requirements are higher and higher. Due to the fixed lens is used in 2M camera module or higher, it is inclined to get unclear photos while taking pictures in near distance or far distance. In order to improve the blurred image quality, auto focus lens has been developed. This topic of the research is focused on how to design 4 plastic lenses with lower height and light weight that can be used in 3.2M camera module. Besides, coordinating with voice-coil motor (VCM) for auto focus function, the customers can take much satisfied pictures while in near or far distance. According to the design simulation , this lens can reach 3.2M pixels performance, that the lens with TTL(Total Track Length) 5.75 mm, the weight 0.2g and the targeted cost can be under us

早在2001年,日本半導體廠商富士通,夏普已開始生產11萬畫素影像模組,2003年Nokia在Cebit記者會上,公開宣示影像功能將為手機帶來更多的服務及應用,從此開始影像模組就漸漸廣泛應用在手機。 在2002年以前只發展到30萬畫素,2003年130萬畫素,2004年200萬畫素,2005 ~ 2006年320萬畫素,目前500萬畫素正研製中,畫素愈來愈高,影像品質要求也愈來愈高。200萬畫素以上的影像模組若使用固定焦距鏡頭,照相時近距離及遠距離較容易模糊,為了改善此種模糊的影像品質,Aoto Focus (AF) 鏡頭就醞育而生,本文即針對目前320 萬畫素影像模組,提出解決方案,利用4片塑膠鏡片設計出高度低、重量輕、成本低、符合 320萬畫素品質鏡頭,再搭配Voice-coil Motor (VCM)的AF功能讓消費者在照相時,不論是照遠或照近,影像品質都能兼顧。 由設計結果,光學性能達到320萬畫素水準,鏡頭光學鏡頭高度5.75 mm、重量約0.20克、成本在
