摘要註:
主要探討非球面塑膠光學透鏡於射出成形中,製程條件與流道大小對成品變形量收縮的影響,本實驗選用材料為ZEONEX 480R。實驗方法分為Moldex 3D電腦輔助模流分析與實際射出成形實驗兩部分,其製程條件控制因子為模具溫度、射出速度、射出保壓壓力各含三個不同條件水準,品質檢討特性為成品變形收縮狀態。在模流分析與射出成形實驗中,使用四種不同流道之模具,在理想狀態為比較四種不同流道大小及形狀之模具,對成品變形量收縮特性選擇最佳化。第一種為Φ3mm放射狀流道,第二種為Φ4mm放射狀流道,第三種為Φ3mm十字狀流道,第四種為Φ4mm十字狀流道。模流分析檢討結果,確認8個測量點位置,以第四種Φ4mm十字狀流道其收縮變形量1.44∼1.54μm為最小。實際射出成形檢討結果,確認5個測量點位置,以第二種Φ4mm放射狀流道其收縮變形量0.2∼0.9μm為最小。透過此實驗研究結果顯示,大流道因澆口不易凝固,所以影響到進入模穴之膠量,致使尺寸變化較小。外形關係因為收縮變形影響,凸面鏡片也比凹面鏡片之變形量大。 Main study the non- surface of sphere plastic optical lens take shape in the projection medium, manufacturing process condition with flow a size to transform the influence of quantity constringency to the finished product, this experiment chooses to use the material as ZEONEX 480 R.The experimental methods is divided into the computer-aided mold of the Moldex 3D to flow analytical and actual projection to take shape to test two parts, its manufacturing process condition control the factor is for the molding tool temperature, project speed and project to protect to press pressure each contain three different condition levels, quality self-criticism the characteristic transform constringency appearance for the finished product.Use in the mold flow analysis and projection take shape the experiment four kinds of dissimilarity flow the molding tool of way, at ideal appearance for more four kinds of dissimilarity flow the molding tool of a size and shape, transform quantity constringency characteristic to choose optimization to the finished product. The first project a form to flow a way for the Φ3 mms, the second project a form to flow a way for the Φ4 mms, the third flow a way for the Φ3 mms ten word forms, the fourth flow a way for the Φ4 mms ten word forms.The mold flows an analytical self-criticism result, confirming 8 diagraphs to order position, with the fourth Φ4 mms ten word forms flow the way its constringency to transform to measure 1.44~1.54 μ ms is minimum.Actual the projection take shape a self-criticism result, confirming 5 diagraphs to order position, with the second Φ4 mm project the form flow the way its constringency to transform to measure 0.2~0.9 μ ms for least.Through this experiment study result manifestation, flow a way greatly to solidify not easily because of sprinkling, so influence gum quantity of getting into the mold cave, cause size variety smaller.The shape relates to because the constringency transforms influence, convex mirror slice also compare cave mirror slice it transform quantity greatly.
