捲釘熔接機廣泛應用於工業界生產捲釘,熔接品質及速度直接影響產值,故改善捲釘熔接機之電控系統,期能提升捲釘熔接機之工作效率,應用TI TMS320LF2407A 數位信號處理器為核心的 VisSim DSP 模擬動態發展系統,以數位控制方式研製捲釘熔接機之控制器,期能提升捲釘熔接機安全生產速度,確保人員及設備的安全。 捲釘熔接機之熔接能量均勻化,不僅達到原本熔接效果,亦可將最大電流降低,可解決元件溫升問題,不同控制策略可應用於不同捲釘上,可達泛用功能,最終達成高性能泛用型捲釘熔接機。 事先將捲釘熔接機機台電路架構模型化,以方便改良、降低危險性、節省成本,並由不同控制策略之模擬與實測結果相互比較、分析,比較優劣加以進行驗證與修正控制策略,最終應用於實際機台上,達到最佳高品質熔接功能。 現階段針對控制信號採用不同策略做先期研究改善,經分析與驗証獲得良好成效,後續將針對變壓器及電控電路進行全面性的實機改良。 The Nail Collator is widely applied to produce various nails in industry. The quality and speed of welding of Nail Collator directly influence the product value. The efficiency is increased by improving electrical control system of Nail Collator. Applying VisSim digital signal processor (DSP, TI TMS320LF2407A) development system, a Nail Collator controller based on DSP is designed and implemented. It effectively increases welding speed and ensures the safety of worker and equipment. Averaging the welding energy of the Nail Collator not only keeps enough welding energy but also can obviously reduce the peak value of welding current. Serious component temperature rise problem resulted from large peak welding current can be avoided. Different control strategies are developed for various nails. The nail collator with high performances is reached.In this thesis, a small scaled model is established to examine the control method for Nail Collator. It is easier and more convenient. Based on the comparison of the simulation and experimental results under different control strategies, the adopted control method is modified. Therefore design and implementation of nail collator can be achieved. The prototype of controller of Nail Collator is developed very well now. The future work is emphasized on transformer design and new circuit topology. A real on-site improvement of Nail Collator will be developed in our laboratory.
