    摘要註: 此研究主要是針對於小型的TFT-LCD背光模組導光板之微射出壓縮成型參數做一系列品質探討,使其達到模擬中的射出成品能以高良率、高品質成型。LCD 本身是非發光性的顯示裝置,必須藉助背光模組才能達到顯示效果,因此背光板品質的好壞將直接影響LCD的顯示品質。我們使用Rhinoceros對物件做網格處理以及冷卻水道網格、產生進澆面、模座網格、檢查網格品質…等設定。利用Moldex 3D模擬射出成型機,且研究更改射出各項參數時(冷卻時間、模溫、料溫、流率、射壓、保壓壓力及保壓時間),對射出成品的影響。 This research is mainly to analysis the parameters of the micro compression injector that control the quality of the small scale TFT-LCD back light mould. By this analysis, we hope that the finished product can have high quality shape, and high percentage good product rate. LCD itself cannot display light, unless using the help of the group of back light mould, so the quality of board will influence the display quality of LCD directly. We first use “Rhinoceros” to arrange the mesh of the sample, the net of cool water course, the mesh of mould flat, and to check the quality of the mesh. We also utilize moldex 3D to imitate the injecting machine including the following parameters, cooling time, the temperature of mould, the temperature of materials, flow rate, injecting pressure, maintained pressure , time of maintained pressure and also the thermal stress, to study the influence for the finished products.
