本論文針對混成動力機車電子節氣門做一研究,進而設計與製作一適合現有系統的電子節氣門。主要以模糊理論結合滑動模式作為控制理論之基礎,配合混成系統動力來源的切換,使電子節氣門得以適當的控制開度,調變車輛行進速度。混成動力機車電子節氣門控制系統之設計與製作分三階段進行,首先選定系統所需之規格,如馬達、減速機構等;其次設計機械硬體結構,使控制組件與原先機構不會產生干涉,並製作控制器進行測試。最後為系統性能測試,配合混成動力機車實驗平台,分別於電子節氣門作用下,做不同的運轉測試,如純電動馬達模式、純汽油引擎模式、混成動力模式等。實驗結果顯示,利用適應性模糊滑動模式控制器,隨著動力模式的改變,可以準確的控制節氣門,以達到所需的開度,進而調變車輛行進速度,達到預期車速,證明本文所發展的混成動力機車電子節氣門控制系統確屬可行。 The research was aimed to study the electronic throttle of hybrid motorcycle, and then to design and construct a electronic throttle to fit a present hybrid motorcycle. For properly controlling the electronic throttle to adjust vehicle speed, the fuzzy theory combining with sliding mode is adopted as the basis of the control theory.Three stages are included in developing the electronic throttle. At first, the system specifications were defined, such as the motor, reducer etc. Then, the structure of the mechanical hardware is designed to get rid of interference between new component and original mechanism, and the controller is built and tested. Finally, system performance test was conducted in a hybrid motorcycle test bench by using electronic throttle for different operation tests, such as motor mode, engine mode, and hybrid power mode, etc.The experimental results demonstrate the electronic throttle with an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode controller (AFSMC) can be controlled to properly varying the throttle valve position with different driving modes and this system can be used for a practical hybrid motorcycle.
