    摘要註: 近年來,永磁式線性馬達(Permanent-magnet Linear Motor)大量地被工業界採用於精密之電子儀器設備與裝置,甚至於高速之運輸工具。因為永磁式線性馬達相較於傳統旋轉馬達具直接驅動、自由度大之構造及應用範圍廣之特性。但由於永磁式線性馬達在結構設計上的差異程度以及外加電源的信號品質會產生大小不一的頓轉力(Cogging Force)與推力(Thrust),進而影響到永磁式線性馬達整體的運動特性及效率。因此本文利用有限元素軟體ANSYS,針對不同的結構與外加電壓信號來分析永磁式線性馬達的特性,並考慮電源諧波因素所帶來的影響,希望能設計出較佳化的馬達結構,降低其頓轉力,盡而達到高性能線性馬達。本論文考慮的分析問題包含如下:(1)永磁式線性馬達在各種不同結構下對頓轉力的影響(2)施加不同的電壓源與諧波電源在各種不同結構下對推力的影響。上述所討論的皆會影響到永磁式線性馬達的性能,因此值得深入探討,本論文分析結果可作為永磁式線性馬達設計及製作之重要參考依據。 In the recent years, in mass application of permanent-magnet linear motors, such as high precision electronic equipment and device and high speed transportation employed in the industry. Because the permanent-magnet linear motor has the characteristic of direct drive, large freedom dimension of structure and broad range of application superior to the rotary machine motor. But the motors with different structure design and the signal quality of source will produce the different cogging force and thrust, then influence the operating characteristic and efficiency of the linear motor. Therefore, this thesis uses finite element software ANSYS to analyze the characteristic of permanent-magnet linear motors for different construction and voltage signal with harmonic factor. We hope to design of motor structure for reduction of the cogging force and to achieved higher performance of linear motors. The following analyze problems are included : (1) The permanent-magnet linear motors are influenced by cogging force in different structure. (2) The permanent-magnet linear motors are influenced by cogging force in different voltage source and different harmonic source. Above problems will influence the permanent-magnet linear motors. The analytical data can be taken as reference to improve in the design and technique of the linear motors.
