汽車燈具製造業隨著科技進步、業界競爭力、以及成本低減等問題的浮現,各公司之間的競爭也就越激烈,大家都朝向做出高附加價值與低成本商品的方向邁進,自動化設備的導入就成為各公司達到上述目的的一種手法。自動化生產可降低人力成本以及提高生產品質,進而達到成本低減的目的。傳統澆切剪斷汽車燈殼的製程,每一機器的切斷作業均需配有一名作業員執行切斷作業,無法降低人力成本,改成自動切斷作業後,可降低人力成本。目前國內汽車業界中,無任何廠家有汽車燈殼自動澆口切斷設備。本研究結合機械手臂與氣動剪機構製作出汽車燈殼自動澆口切斷設備,使大億公司的汽車燈殼製造達成系統性自動化作業。本文對塑膠成形澆口切斷機構的製作進行研究,將塑膠成形作業流程中,人工取成形品並用斜口鉗剪斷澆口的作業方式,以機械機構取代手工剪斷方式,使作業流程改善,達到自動化功能。本研究將塑膠成形品,以機械手臂來夾取,送至切斷機構處切斷,切斷後將切斷的廢料放置於固定位置,並將成品放置在輸送帶,送至下ㄧ個工程進行二次加工作業,完全以機械自動化方式來取代人力,降低汽車燈殼之製造成本。關鍵詞:汽車燈殼、機械手臂、自動澆口切斷機構 Nowadays, the creating of technology and competition of industry, cost down problems are causing the fierce rivalry. The automobile lamp-shell manufacturers are trying to create the best products which are lower cost but with higher extra values. Therefore, to install the automatic equipments is one of the method to achieve the above mentioned goal. Automatic producing can reduce the cost of labor and increase the higher quality of products, then, to reach the target of cost down. The processing for traditional automobile lamp-shell gate-cutting requires one worker to operate it, it can’t reduce the labor cost. If we can create the way to cut it automatically, we can reduce the labor costs. There are not any companies have such kind of cutting unit during the local automobile lamp-shell manufacturers. In this investigation, we’ll combine the robot with air-cylinder cutting structure, it can perform the operation automatically. The purpose of this article is to point out the research for gate-cutting mechanism of injection during the plastic forming processing, the labor to take out the forming products by cutting the tip of it. We can use robot instead of worker to improve the operational processing to reach the automatically function. We can take the injection products by robot and send it to the cutting machine for cutting. After cutting, we can separate the goods, to put the recycling materials in the fixed place, and to put the product on the conveyor for the next stage, we can use the mechanism to replace the worker. By doing so, we can reduce the producing costs.Key word:automobile lamp-shell,robot,automobile gate-cutting mechanism
