Summary:	本研究主要探討手機相機光學系統之非球面塑膠鏡片經過成形及輪廓誤差補償後所產生的非球面形狀對成像品質的影響，藉由量測儀器取得非球面塑膠鏡片外形的點資料，利用模擬軟體程式輸入點數據後逆算出相對應的係數，並透過光學設計軟體ZEMAX分析比較找出一些原則來改善成像品質。透過此研究發現形狀誤差在1.0μm可再以軟體分析從非球面高次項係數搭配MTF分析結果進行微調，實驗結果可達到與設計值誤差在1%以內的改善效果，對技術者而言可縮短問題點檢討時間，使鏡頭能達到最符合設計的成像品質。 This research is mainly explored the factors, including the shaping process of the aspheric plastic lens in the cellar phone’s optical system and the influence on the image quality which is decide by the compensation of shape errors against the aspheric ones.By the measure equipments to get the data of the shape points surrounding on the aspheric plastic lens, and using the reverse coefficient which is entered in the Simulation software as well as the analysis of optical designed software, ZEMAX, we can find some principles to improve the image quality.The comparison between the result of software analysis and the image quality of real things can shorten the time on review for the specialists and find the questions immediately through this research. Furthermore, they can design the best fitting image quality’s lens.
