本論文採用不同比例的聚碳酸酯(polycarbonate, PC)與聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(poly methl methacrylate, PMMA)以溶液澆注法製作共混薄膜。薄膜之性質及結構則由FTIR(Fourier Transform infrared spectroscope)、可見光譜儀、X射線繞射儀(X-ray diffractometer)、雙折射特性量測,以及電光特性量測,採用接觸式極化(contact poling)的方式進行循環極化,極化前後輔以各種分析儀器進行分析比較。本研究發現,當PC含量增加時,雙折射率也會上升,此外,亦發現極化過後隨著PC添加量增加,PC分子會牽引PMMA轉動,IR吸收值明顯下降,證明了極化後分子偶極從原本的振動方向偏轉到電場方向,同時所製得高穿透率之電光薄膜經由穿透式電光薄膜量測系統量測換算出共混薄膜之電光係數(r33)之值。 Different ratios of PC �polycarbonate� and PMMA (poly methl methacrylate) blending films were prepared by solution casting method. The structures of polymer were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray, UV-visible spectrum. The polymer electret was prepared by contact poling, and the optical birefringence and the electro-optic (E-O) effect property was measured after poling immediately. The birefringence of the polymer electret were increased as PC content increasing. After poling, the IR absorbance were decreased as the ratio of PC increased. The dipoles of the blending film were transformed from original direction to the electric-field direction. E-O coefficient r33 of the poled polymer electret were calculated after transmission E-O effect measuring in this study.
