Wie können Innovationsprojekte erfolgreicher gestaltet werden? Anspruch und Wirklichkeit des Innovationsmanagements liegen oft weit auseinander; viele Projekte führen nicht zum gewünschten Erfolg. Das Problem ist, dass Innovationen zu verschieden und komplex sind, um sie nach generellen Schemata und Checklisten durchführen zu können. Es gibt jedoch flexible Formen der Zusammenarbeit sowie förderliche Organisationskulturen, mit denen sich die Erfolgsrate von Innovationen deutlich erhöhen lässt.
