Linjuan Rita Men is Associate Professor of Public Relations at the University of Florida, USA. Her research interests include employee communication, leadership, relationship/reputation management, entrepreneurial communication, and emerging technologies. She has led-authored two books, Excellence in Internal Communication Management and Strategic Communications for Startups and Entrepreneurs in China. Ana Tkalac Verčič is Full Professor of Marketing Communications and Public Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She has authored, co-authored, and edited numerous books, including Public Relations Metrics: Research and Evaluation and Public Relations, the first Croatian textbook in the field.
