Energy Audits
Theoretical Examination and Modeling of Energy Audits /[electronic resource] :by Michael Krutwig, Adrian Dumitru Tanțău. - 1st ed. 2021. - XVII, 186 p. 42 illus.online resource. - Sustainable Management, Wertschöpfung und Effizienz,2523-8639. - Sustainable Management, Wertschöpfung und Effizienz,.
Introduction -- Theoretical consideration of energy audits -- Research on energy balances -- Studies on business aspects of energy eciency measures -- Research on multiple energy audits processing -- Design of an universal data model for energy audits -- Validation of the model with audit data -- Main contributions and conclusions.
Existing literature on energy audits consists almost exclusively of practical guides. This book looks at energy auditing from a scientific perspective. It discusses the nature of energy audits and provides a universally applicable data model as a basis for automatic processing of a large number of energy audits. Qualitative aspects of auditing are discussed in detail. The modeling enables an improved evaluation of subsidy programs for energy audits, but also a systematic and teamwork-oriented creation of energy audits. About the authors Michael Krutwig is founder and ceo of a German software company, focused on solutions for energy efficiency. Among other projects, he is responsible for the conception and operation of the world's most widely used SaaS for creating energy audit reports. He holds a Master in Computer Science (KIT Karlsruhe) and a PhD in Business Administration (ASE Bucharest). Adrian Dumitru Tanțău is Professor at ASE Bucharest, UNESCO Chair for Business Administration, where he has been coordinating since 2014 the MBA Entrepreneurship and Business Administration in Energy. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Politechnical University Bucharest) and a PhD in Management (Bucharest University of Economic Studies). Also, he graduated from the Faculty of Electrotechnic (UPB) and the Faculty of Management (ASE). His research activity is focused on business models in energy, especially renewable energy, energy security, and energy efficiency.
