Topologieoptimierungen ermöglichen die funktionsgerechte Gestaltung von Hochleistungskomponenten, resultieren jedoch zumeist in komplexen Bauteilgeometrien. Die Additive Fertigung ist aufgrund der möglichen großen Gestaltungsfreiheit besonders für die Herstellung solcher Komponenten geeignet. Es gilt jedoch die prozessseitigen Restriktionen der Additiven Fertigung zu berücksichtigen, um die Herstellbarkeit der Bauteile sicherzustellen. Eine direkte Integration der Restriktionen in die Topologieoptimierungen erhöht dabei die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Konstruktion. In der Arbeit wurden neue Methoden zur Stoffschlüssigkeit, der Vermeidung von geschlossenen Kavitäten sowie die Vermeidung von nicht selbststützenden Kanälen erforscht. Der Inhalt - Eröffnet neue Möglichkeiten für die Konstruktion von AM-Bauteilen - Zeigt neue Ansätze zur Integration von Restriktionen in Topologieoptimierungen - Ermöglicht eine Beschleunigung des Konstruktionsprozesses Der Autor Fritz Lange studierte Physikalische Ingenieurswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Numerik und Simulation an der Technischen Universität Berlin. Seit dem Abschluss seines Studiums 2017 ist er Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Fraunhofer-Einrichtung für Additive Produktionstechnologien IAPT (ehemals LZN Laser Zentrum Nord GmbH) und forscht dort an den Themen Digitalisierung und Bauteil-Optimierung im Kontext der Additiven Fertigung. Er promovierte 2021 bei Prof. Dr.-Ing. Claus Emmelmann am Institut für Laser- und Anlagensystemtechnik der Technischen Universität Hamburg.
