The book will appeal to e-government experts, policymakers and political scientists, as well as academics and students of public administration, public policy, and open data governance. Maxat Kassen is a political scientist and e-government scholar. He is a former Fulbright Scholar at the University of Illinois Chicago, USA. His research focuses on e-government and open data.
