聯合國在2015年推動「永續發展目標」（Sustainable Development Goals, 簡稱SDGs），希望全球的國家都可以加入並執行，SDGs推動至今有些許進展，但就整體來說，尚未以理想的速度或規模推進，因此聯合國要求各國在三個層面全面動員，分別是全球行動、地方行動及人民行動，這也說明了SDGs不再只是國家、政府及高層的工作，而是每個人都可以付諸行動的任務；國立虎尾科技大學為此將SDGs落實於校務發展推動，也一直持續關注相關議題，並致力於大學社會責任的實踐，並於2022年8月成立「永續發展暨社會責任處」（簡稱虎科大永續處），期望持續深耕地方，實現永續發展新願景。　　本創作研究者多年於本校USR拍攝團隊以影像形式記錄學校成果，為體現自身的醒悟，本創作研究者整合本校「永續發展暨社會責任處」之發展現況與未來展望，以影像紀錄製作成本單位形象影片，創作目的為：一、探討形象影片的創作形式，以應用於本創作作品表現；二、藉由虎科大永續處的成立來創作永續發展議題形象片。透過文獻探討了解永續發展的目的及發展現況，分析形象影片的形式與製作要素，並整合其研究結果，最後實踐於本創作中，並於2023年6月國立虎尾科技大學「SDGs × 希望與行動的種子展」展覽中展出。　　本創作研究結論為：一、本創作運用形象影片的四點製作要素，應用於本創作研究之作品《【形象片】國立虎尾科技大學-永續發展暨社會責任處》中，包含：「確立目標群眾」、「核心內容」、「畫面表現力」、「能產生共鳴並影響情感的故事」；二、以永續發展議題為媒介，創作永續處形象影片，創造該單位的品牌價值。亦期望透過本創作研究，深化更多人與SDGs的連結；確實的落實SDGs，不但是身為世界公民的一份責任，更有助於臺灣跨越地理與國力的限制，向世界展現自己的實力。.

520 3 $a The United Nations launched the “Sustainable Development Goals” in 2015. While there has been some progress in advancing the SDGs, overall progress has not yet reached the desired speed or scale. Therefore, the United Nations has called for comprehensive mobilization at three levels: global action, local action, and individual action. This signifies that the SDGs are no longer solely the responsibility of nations, governments, and higher authorities, but a mission that everyone can contribute to. NFU has integrated the SDGs into its campus development initiatives and has been continuously addressing related issues. It is committed to practicing university social responsibility and established the Office of Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility in August 2022,aiming to deepen local engagement and achieve a new vision for sustainable development. 　　The researcher has been documenting the achievements of the university for many years through visual recordings as part of the university's shooting team. In order to reflect personal opinions, this study combined the current situation and future prospects of the school's “Sustainability and Social Responsibility Offic” to produce an image film of the unit.The purpose of this research creation is twofold: first, to explore the creative forms of image film for application in this project; second, to create image films on sustainable development issues through the establishment of the NFU Office of Sustainability and Social Responsibility. Through literature review to understand the purpose and current status of sustainable development, analyzing the form and production elements of image films, integrating the research results, and finally implementing them in this creation. The work was exhibited at the "SDGs x Seeds of Hope and Action Exhibition" at National Formosa University in June 2023. 　　The conclusion of this research creation are: First, this creation applies four key production elements of image films to the creation of “National Formosa University - Office of Sustainable and Social Responsibility”, including: “Identifying target audience”, “Core content”, “Visual expression”, and “Emotionally resonant and impactful storytelling”; second, using sustainable development issues as a medium, creating an image film for the Office of Sustainable, aiming to establish the unit's brand value. It is also hoped that through this creative research, more connections between people and SDGs will be deepened; the concrete implementation of SDGs is not only a responsibility as global citizens but also contributes to Taiwan's overcoming geographical and national power limitations, showcasing its strength to the world..
