在數位時代的推動下,臺灣積極發展智慧校園計畫,希望透過建置校園親師生平台,提升教育品質並促進師生家長間的溝通。本研究探討使用雲林縣智慧校園親師生平台對親師互動的影響,透過問卷調查法收集了來自雲林縣教師的150份有效樣本。研究依據資訊系統成功模式,將系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質視為主要影響因素,並採用偏最小平方法(partial least squares)來驗證理論模型。結果顯示,系統品質和服務品質顯著影響使用者滿意度,資訊品質顯著影響使用意願和使用者滿意度。此外,使用者滿意度對使用意願有顯著影響,研究亦發現,使用意願和使用者滿意度顯著影響親師之間的互動。高品質的系統、資訊和服務不僅提升使用意願和滿意度,而且促進更頻繁和有效的親師互動。根據研究結果,建議持續提升系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質,以提高使用意願與滿意度,進而促進親師互動。未來研究可探討其他影響因素及不同地區的比較研究。.

In the push towards the digital age, Taiwan is actively developing smart campus system, hoping to enhance educational quality and promote communication among teachers, students, and parents through the establishment of a campus parent-teacher-student system. This study investigates the impact of using the Yunlin County Smart School Parent-Teacher-Student System on parent-teacher interaction. A total of 150 valid samples were collected from teachers in Yunlin County through a questionnaire survey. Based on the Information Systems Success Model, system quality, information quality, and service quality were identified as the main influencing factors. The theoretical model was validated using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis. The results show that system quality and service quality significantly affect user satisfaction, while information quality significantly affects both the willingness to use and user satisfaction. Additionally, user satisfaction significantly impacts the willingness to use. The study also found that both willingness to use and user satisfaction significantly promote parent-teacher interaction. High-quality systems, information, and services not only enhance willingness to use and satisfaction but also foster more frequent and effective parent-teacher interactions. Based on the findings, it is recommended to continuously improve system quality, information quality, and service quality to enhance willingness to use and satisfaction, thereby promoting parent-teacher interaction. Future research could explore other influencing factors and conduct comparative studies in different regions..
