在今全球化時代，由於全球資源的高度互聯互通、交通工具的便利性以及人們流動性的增加，傳染病的傳播速度相應提高。本研究主要分析COVID-19大流行對股票市場的影響，以及投資者在面對股市大幅波動時的信心和反應。在2020年COVID-19大流行在全球帶來了前所未有的衝擊，全球經濟活動都因此受到限制，各國金融市場遭受重大影響。此外，在許多文獻中都指出COVID-19影響了全球經濟和金融的巨大衝擊波，對已開發國家和新興國家的股票市場帶來了不利影響。本研究旨在分析COVID-19疫情對不同投資者在金融市場大幅產生波動時信心和反應的影響。透過FINRA（Foundation's National Financial Capability Study）美國金融業監管局投資者教育基金的2021年的逐州調查問卷，將投資者分為過度自信、自信不足、準確認知和準確無意識的四類。本研究發現，在受試者中，準確無意識的投資者人數最多，他們可能對自己的金融知識較無信心，並且有意識到自己的金融知識須再加強。另外，透過單因子變異數分析和變異數同質性檢定，研究分析了不同類型的投資者之間在面對股票市場大幅波動時投資者信心的差異，並根據問卷結果進行統計分析以驗證研究假設。結果顯示，性別、收入和婚姻狀況對投資者類型的影響不顯著，而年齡對不同投資者類型有明顯差異，由此可知不同年齡的投資者在投資與風險上有不同的偏好。最後，根據問卷內容分析可得知，大多的投資者都認為在2020年期間Covid-19對臺灣股票市場有很大的影響，並且當時對臺灣股票市場感到非常擔憂。.

520 3 $a In today's era of globalization, the rapid interconnectivity of global resources, the convenience of transportation, and increased human mobility have correspondingly accelerated the spread of infectious diseases. This study primarily analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the stock market, as well as investors' confidence and responses when facing significant fluctuations in the stock market. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought unprecedented impacts worldwide, resulting in restrictions on global economic activities and significant effects on financial markets across nations. Additionally, numerous studies have highlighted the substantial shockwaves of COVID-19 on the global economy and finance, adversely affecting stock markets in both developed and emerging countries. This study aims to analyze the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the confidence and responses of different investors when financial markets experience significant fluctuations. Through the 2021 state-level survey questionnaire from The FINRA Foundation's National Financial Capability Study, investors are categorized into four types: overconfident, underconfident, accurately aware, and accurately unaware. The study finds that among the participants, the accurately unaware investors are the most numerous, indicating potential lack of confidence in their financial knowledge and awareness of the need to enhance it. Additionally, through one-way ANOVA and homogeneity of variance tests, the study analyzes differences in investor confidence among different types of investors when facing substantial stock market fluctuations, and statistically validates research hypotheses based on questionnaire results. The results indicate that gender, income, and marital status have no significant impact on investor types, while age shows noticeable differences among different investor types, suggesting varying preferences regarding investment and risk among investors of different ages. Finally, according to the content analysis of the questionnaire, most investors believe that COVID-19 had a significant impact on the Taiwan stock market in 2020 and felt extremely concerned about it at that time..
