隨著全球暖化與氣候變遷、環境保護之相關議題，永續發展與溫室氣體盤查越來越受到各界之嚴重關注。經由環境部氣候變遷署公開資料，了解溫室氣體盤查與活動需要將廠商進行溫室氣體排放管理，並且每年必須經過第三方驗證公司查證，並上傳至環境部氣候變遷署官方網站，調查並量化廠商溫室氣體排放量及能源耗用，以減緩全球暖化趨勢。本研究應用層級分析(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)來探討企業盤查的過程並找出其影響成敗的關鍵因素並將結果整合至營運策略中。案例廠將此調查結果作為企業經營策略的重要指標。以導入溫室氣體盤查重要性對企業永續績效的主要準則與次要關鍵因素。透過文獻回顧，此研究整合了永續發展(Sustainable Development, SD)、溫室氣體盤查與AHP，以制定排放標準與企業策略的重要指標。AHP確定了SD中的環境、經濟、社會以及加入管理等準則，以及在這些準則中探討企業實施溫室氣體盤查中的相對重要性。協助企業實施溫室氣體排放的過程中，並找出成功關鍵因素應優先考慮的方面，此研究也應用AHP整合SD與溫室氣體盤查，幫助利害關係者有效平衡經濟發展、社會福祉與環境保護。研究結果顯示，溫室氣體盤查成功的主要準則包括環境、管理與經濟指標。次要因素包括能源管理、有害廢棄物控制、防止污染環境、避免徵收碳稅以及高層管理支持。這項研究成果可作為企業引入溫室氣體盤查與SD提供參考依據，以促進環境、經濟與社會發展的均衡。.

520 3 $a With the increasing attention on issues related to global warming, climate change, and environmental protection, sustainable development and greenhouse gas inventory are becoming increasingly important. According to public data from the Climate Change Agency of the Environmental Protection Administration, it is necessary for activities involving greenhouse gas emissions to be managed by the responsible companies, undergo annual third-party verification, and upload the results to the official website of the Environmental Protection Administration. Investigating and quantifying the greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption of the case company is essential to mitigate the trend of global warming. The results of this investigation are considered as important indicators for the company's business strategy.This study utilizes the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to explore the process of greenhouse gas inventory in enterprises, identify key factors influencing success or failure, and integrate the results into operational strategies. Through a literature review, this study integrates Sustainable Development (SD), greenhouse gas inventory, and AHP to establish important indicators for emission standards and corporate strategies. AHP determines criteria within SD, such as environmental, economic, social, and governance factors, and explores the relative importance of these criteria in implementing greenhouse gas inventory in enterprises. Assisting enterprises in the process of implementing greenhouse gas emissions and identifying aspects that should be prioritized for successful key factors, this study also applies AHP to integrate SD and greenhouse gas inventory to help stakeholders effectively balance economic development, social welfare, and environmental protection.The research findings indicate that the main criteria for the successful greenhouse gas inventory include environmental, management, and economic indicators. Secondary factors include energy management, hazardous waste control, pollution prevention, avoidance of carbon taxes, and senior management support. These research findings can provide reference for enterprises to introduce greenhouse gas inventory and SD, promoting balanced development of the environment, economy, and society..
