本研究做成像是專門倒棄廢食用油(waste cooking oil)的「垃圾桶」,市面上還沒有這類的裝置,針對各個家庭、食品業者在處理廢油上的不便利性,這個裝置可以放置在各個家庭裡或是食品業者的廚房,產出廢油後可以直接倒入儲存並做成肥皂,供給家庭、食品業者使用,多餘的肥皂還可以拿去售賣,這樣就可以在處理廢油的同時,還能產出可使用的肥皂,達到廢物利用的目的,讓每個人都可以輕鬆對全球環境做出一小步的貢獻。 利用MCU(Micro Control Unit)HT66F2390晶片作為整體架構之主控,搭配各感測模組、電磁閥、馬達,組成裝置,此裝置內部分有五大部分:油槽、水槽、氫氧化鈉槽、攪拌箱、模具放置處,水槽、氫氧化鈉槽為製作肥皂所需要之材料的儲存槽,MCU透過秤重模組感測到油槽內的油達到可以製作肥皂的標準,就會下達各元件的指令,操控水、氫氧化鈉、以及油流入攪拌箱進行攪拌,攪拌完畢後肥皂液就會流入模具放置處中的模具,就可以等待肥皂成形。 若是本裝置可以廣泛應用於各家庭、或是食品業者,將可以大幅度減少廢油以及相關的環境污染,還能把廢食用油變為可使用的肥皂,讓廢油變成一種永續資源。.

This study developed a device resembling a "trash can" specifically designed for disposing of waste cooking oil, a type of device that is not yet available on the market. Addressing the inconvenience households and food industry operators face in dealing with waste oil, this device can be placed in homes or in the kitchens of food industry operators. Waste oil can be directly poured into the device, where it is stored and then processed into soap for household or industry use. Any excess soap can be sold. This not only handles waste oil but also produces usable soap, achieving the goal of waste utilization and enabling everyone to make a small contribution to the global environment. The device uses the MCU (Micro Control Unit) HT66F2390 chip as the main control unit for the overall structure, combined with various sensor modules, solenoid valves, and motors. The device consists of five main parts: an oil tank, a water tank, a sodium hydroxide tank, a mixing box, and a mold placement area. The water tank and sodium hydroxide tank serve as storage tanks for the materials needed to make soap. When the MCU detects that the oil in the oil tank has reached the standard amount for soap production through the weight sensing module, it commands the components to control the flow of water, sodium hydroxide, and oil into the mixing box for stirring. After mixing, the soap liquid flows into the molds in the mold placement area, where it solidifies into soap. If this device can be widely adopted by households or food industry operators, it will significantly reduce waste oil and related environmental pollution. Furthermore, it will turn waste cooking oil into usable soap, transforming waste oil into a sustainable resource..
