本研究之微型電動二輪車的攜帶式充電裝置,應用HT66F2390晶片搭配電壓感測器和繼電器模組跟LED燈達成了,可自動偵測輸入端充電樁和市電的電壓就可以傳輸訊號給Micro Control Unit ( MCU )去判斷與換算數值,再利用MCU回傳訊號給繼電器去做切換以達到自動切換充電系統的控制裝置,並且將市電和充電樁輸入電源降壓至DC54 V供給微型電動二輪車進行充電,由於可攜帶式所以可以解決微型電動二輪車無法隨時充電的問題。 本研究設計以可攜式單通道雙電源切換充電裝置,將不同於現今上面上的微型電動二輪車和電動二輪車的充電裝置,可利用SAE J1772充電頭去使用充電樁AC 220V進行充電,也能使用市電AC 110V進行充電,以達到行到哪充到哪的概念。本研究所設計的充電裝置輸出電壓及電流分別為53.8 V和2.28 A,可以保護電池不會過充以達到延長電池壽命。.

This study's portable charging device for mini electric two-wheel vehicles in this study utilizes the HT66F2390 chip in conjunction with a voltage sensor, relay module, and LED lights. This device can automatically detect the voltage of the input terminal from charging piles and mains electricity, transmitting signals to the Micro Control Unit (MCU) for judgment and value conversion. The MCU then sends signals back to the relay to switch the charging system, achieving automatic switching control. Additionally, it steps down the mains electricity and charging pile input voltage to DC 54V to charge the mini electric two-wheel vehicles. Being portable, it solves the problem of mini electric two-wheel vehicles not being able to charge at any time. This study designs a portable single-channel dual-power switching charging device, which differs from the existing charging devices for mini electric two-wheel vehicles and electric two-wheel vehicles. It can use the SAE J1772 charging head to charge with charging piles at AC 220V, and also charge with mains electricity at AC 110V, achieving the concept of charging wherever you go. The output voltage and current of the charging device designed in this study are 53.8V and 2.28A, respectively, which can protect the battery from overcharging, thereby extending battery life..
