本研究旨在探討兩種材料用於大型熱作模具的機械性質與顯微組織的差異;並探討不同熱處理條件下，透過各項性能或組織之比較，獲得最佳的熱處理參數。本研究所選用之材料為SKD61與國外鋼廠以SKD61為基礎研發改良的D改良鋼，此種類鋼材常用於熱鍛模具與壓鑄模具，具有良好的韌性。在本研究中，針對SKD61及D改良鋼進行熱處理，藉由硬度與晶粒號數決定最佳的沃斯田鐵化溫度。而後續則模擬大型模具將試片置於大型模具的表面、中段與心部進行淬火，並依照不同的回火溫度分別測試衝擊試驗，以了解大型模具經淬火及不同溫度回火後表面、中段與心部的機械性能，並觀察金相組織及SEM判斷SKD61及D改良鋼的差異。整體來說，本研究能協助我們了解熱作模具鋼，在不同的熱處理條件下，對其在機械性質與金相組織上的影響，還能為大型熱作模具選材時提供參考。.

520 3 $a The main objective of this study aims to investigate the differences in mechanical properties and microstructures of two materials used for large hot work molds. By comparing various properties and structures under different heat treatment conditions, the optimal heat treatment parameters will be determined. The materials selected for this study are SKD61 and an improved D steel developed by a foreign steel mill based on SKD61. These types of steel are commonly used for hot forging molds and die casting molds due to their good toughness. In this study, heat treatments were performed on SKD61 and the improved D steel. The optimal austenitizing temperature was determined based on hardness and grain size number. Subsequently, the test specimens were simulated as being on the surface, middle section, and core of a large mold for quenching. Impact tests were conducted at different tempering temperatures to understand the mechanical properties of the surface, middle section, and core of the large molds after quenching and tempering at different temperatures. The microstructure was observed, and SEM analysis was conducted to determine the differences between SKD61 and the improved D steel. Overall, this study can help us understand the effects of different heat treatment conditions on the mechanical properties and microstructure of hot work mold steels. It can also provide a reference for selecting materials for large hot work molds..
