本研究的樣本取自2016年至2022年具有現金減資事件的所有上市櫃公司，用於分析上市櫃公司在進行現金減資宣告後對於股價的影響，本研究採用的分析方法為事件研究法。實證結果顯示，上市(櫃)、電子、傳產等公司的累積異常報酬對現金減資事件有著顯著的負面影響，另外本研究還加入了公司治理評鑑等級這項因素，對研究做更進一步的分析，主要研究公司治理評鑑等級對現金減資事件的影響，研究結果可以發現，上市(櫃)、電子、傳產等公司的公司治理評鑑等級，對於現金減資事件的影響並不顯著。.

520 3 $a The samples of this study are taken from all listed companies with cash capital reduction events from 2016 to 2022, and are used to analyze the impact of listed companies on stock prices after announcing cash capital reductions. The analysis method used in this study is the event study method . Empirical results show that the cumulative abnormal returns of listed (counter), electronics, transmission and other companies have a significant negative impact on cash capital reduction events. In addition, this study also added the factor of corporate governance evaluation grade to take the research one step further. The analysis mainly studies the impact of corporate governance evaluation grade on cash capital reduction events. The research results can be found that the corporate governance evaluation grade of listed (counter), electronics, transmission and other companies has no impact on cash capital reduction events.
