許多的工作在本質上需要具備充份的知識、經驗、技術或設備才可合併完成，在專業分工已趨細緻的今日，即時依任務需求聚集多款能力/人力已非靠努力跨域學習能夠滿足，必須藉由可提供身歷其境效果的數位工作平台，同步聚集專業人才與資源來協同工作並分工完成。而於協同式虛擬環境中建立擴增實境(AR)機能正好可提供主題式互動的需求，此外還可搭配高速寬頻的傳輸能量，運用網際網路來即時取得遠端的資源，使從分散的各地得到專業支援就如同現場運作般順暢，類此機制亦可提供臨場教學作互動引導學習。本研究將探討可供遠距協同工作之虛擬環境實作議題，並以設計互動學習與協同工作為範例進行分析。.

520 3 $a Many tasks essentially require sufficient knowledge, experience, skills, or equipment to be successfully combined and completed. In today's world, where professional specialization has become highly detailed, it is no longer feasible to meet the demands of various tasks solely through cross-disciplinary learning. Instead, a digital work platform capable of providing an immersive experience is necessary to gather specialized talents and resources in real-time for collaborative works and workers. In a collaborative virtual environment, incorporating augmented reality (AR) functions can precisely meet the needs for thematic interactions. Additionally, with high-speed broadband transmission capabilities, the internet can be used to obtain remote resources in real-time, allowing professional support from various locations to operate as smoothly as on-site work. This mechanism can also provide interactive guidance for on-site teaching and learning. This study will explore the implementation issues of a virtual environment for remote collaborative work, using the design of interactive learning and collaborative work as examples for analysis..
