現今為了電動車電池能源的充分利用,雙向能源轉換也成為熱門研究趨勢,因此本論文提出一具交錯式同步整流之雙向全橋CLLLC諧振轉換器。所提轉換器以雙向交錯式同步整流電路結合具對稱式結構的CLLLC諧振電路作為主要架構,前級利用電路交錯式的特性能夠有效的降低漣波並採用同步整流控制方法能夠使轉換器有效提升效率及雙向操作;後級採用全橋CLLLC諧振電路,該轉換器應用變頻與相移兩種控制方式,因此能針對寬範圍電壓來選用適當控制模式。所提轉換器具以下特點:(1)前級採用同步整流控制方法使轉換器能夠有效提升效率及雙向操作功能;(2)後級不僅採用變頻控制方法,也適當採用相移控制使轉換器具雙向寬電壓全範圍負載零電壓及零電流柔性切換特性;(3)轉換器採用數位控制並完成閉迴路控制。最後,完成一具交錯式同步整流之雙向全橋CLLLC諧振轉換器可進一步應用於電動車電池雙向充放電,其最大功率為1000W,當正向充電模式下,輸入電壓為144V,輸出電壓為290V~410V,最高效率達92.40%;反向放電模式下,輸入電壓為290V~410V,輸出電壓為144V,最高效率達92.64%。.

In order to utilize the energy of electric vehicle batteries, bidirectional energy conversion has become a popular research trend. Therefore, this thesis proposes a bidirectional full bridge CLLLC resonant converter with interleaved synchronous rectification. The proposed converter adopts a bidirectional interleaved synchronous rectification circuit combined with a symmetrical CLLLC resonant circuit. The front stage utilizes the characteristics of circuit interleaving to effectively reduce ripple current, and the use of synchronous rectification control method can effectively improve the efficiency and bidirectional operation of the converter; The later stage adopts a full bridge CLLLC resonant circuit, which applies two control methods: frequency control and phase shift control. Therefore, appropriate control modes can be selected for a wide range of voltage. The proposed converter has the following characteristics: (1) the front stage adopts synchronous rectification control method to effectively improve the efficiency and bidirectional operation function of the converter; (2) The later stage not only adopts pulse frequency control method, but also appropriately adopts phase shift control to achieve flexible switching characteristics of bidirectional wide voltage full range load zero voltage and zero current of the proposed converter; (3) The converter adopts digital control and completes closed-loop control. Finally, a bidirectional interleaved synchronous rectification full bridge CLLLC resonant converter can be further applied to the bidirectional charging and discharging of electric vehicle batteries, with a maximum power of 1000W. In forward charging mode, the input voltage is 144V and the output voltage is 290V~410V, with a maximum efficiency of 92.40%; In reverse discharge mode, the input voltage is 290V~410V, the output voltage is 144V, and the maximum efficiency reaches 92.64%..
