在第一個實驗中,將共振光技術應用於光通訊系統架構中。主要使用了摻鉺光纖放大器、光纖布拉格光柵、光循環器與光耦合器這些元件共同形成共振光並用於傳輸5G訊號。在傳輸過程中,5G訊號由5G基頻傳收機產生,透過共振光與電光調製器進行調變後,再經由摻鉺光纖放大器放大功率後輸出至接收端。接收端同樣使用光纖布拉格光柵作為共振波段選擇,使特定波段傳送至光檢測器測量。 第二個實驗則是使用同時光訊號與能量傳輸(Simultaneous Lightwave Information and Power Transfer, SLIPT),在這個實驗中,將980nm雷射與1550nm雷射進入光纖耦合器中進行耦合,傳送至分波多工器,利用分波多工技術將兩道光束分別照射1550nm的光檢測器以及980nm太陽能板,同時進行5G訊號傳輸與光功率的傳輸。並且接收端無須外接電源即可接收5G訊號。.

In the first experiment, resonant beam (RB) technology is applied to the optical communication systems architecture. This setup applies components such as erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFA), fiber Bragg gratings (FBG), optical circulators, and optical couplers to generate resonant light for 5G signal transmission. During transmission, the 5G signal is generated by a 5G baseband transceiver, modulated through electro-optic modulators (EOM), amplified by erbium-doped fiber amplifiers, and then output to the receiving end. At the receiving end, a fiber Bragg grating is used to select the resonant band, allowing specific bands to be measured by a photodetector (PD). In the second experiment, Simultaneous Lightwave Information and Power Transfer (SLIPT) is employed. In this setup, 980nm and 1550nm lasers are coupled into a fiber optic coupler for transmission. These signals are then sent to a wavelength division multiplexer (WDM), where the 1550nm light is directed towards a photodetector while the 980nm light is directed towards a solar panel. This setup enables the simultaneous transmission of 5G signals and optical power. Importantly, the receiving end does not require an external power source to receive the 5G signals..
