本文主要探討3D列印廢材回收製線設備之機構設計，回收再製線製程包含碎料模組、加熱押出模組、冷卻製線模組三大模組，以此三大模組串聯為一整體連續式架構，此連續式機構架構之運作流程為廢棄料進入碎料模組後破碎至粒狀或片狀，並依使用目的可分為下料至儲料桶及透過滑道進入加熱押出模組中之暫存料桶，此暫存料桶設計含有兩感測器作為料況偵測之作用，並於暫存料桶下方之出料量控制器進行下料控制，破碎料經下料控制器進入加熱押出模組，製成直徑約1.4mm線料，而後進入冷卻製線模組，冷卻制線模組搭載空冷之冷卻機構、線徑量測機構、分料機構及捲料機構，線材將於空冷之冷卻機構處進行初步之冷卻，而後由線徑量測機構之拉料馬達及LVDT 線性可變差動變壓器，進行拉料及線徑量測，最後由分料機構將線材平均分佈至捲料機構之料捲架上並以捲動方式捲製成料捲，以達回收再製線之目的。透過具擴充性模組化之機構設計，對3D列印發展趨勢快速進行彈性化製程改良，可減少設備改良成本之優勢。.

520 3 $a This article mainly discusses the mechanical design of a recycling filament coil equipment for 3D printing waste materials. The process of recycling filament coils includes three major modules: a crushing material module, a heating extrusion module and a filament cooling with reeling module. These three modules are connected in series to set an overall continuous structure. The operation process is that the waste material enters the crushing material module to smash as granules or flakes. According to the purpose of use, these smashed materials are stored in the storage barrel or enters the heating extrusion module by a slide. The storage barrel is designed to contain two sensors for material condition detection, and a discharge controller under the storage barrel is used to control the discharge. The smashed materials enter the heating extrusion module by the discharge controller to reproduce as a filament coil with a diameter of about 1.4mm. Then filament materials enter the filament cooling with reeling module with an air-cooling mechanism, a filament diameter measuring mechanism, a material dividing mechanism and a coiling mechanism. The filaments are initially cooled by the air ii cooling mechanism, and then a motor to pull the filament material in the filament diameter measuring mechanism and a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) is used to measure the filament diameter. Finally, the filaments are separated by the material distribution mechanism. It can evenly distribute to the reeling rack in the reeling mechanism and roll into reels for the purpose of recycling. By the scalable and modular mechanism design, the flexible process can be quickly improved for the 3D printing development trend for further reducing the cost of equipment improvement..
