本研究主要開發一台3D 列印廢材回收製線設備,藉由 PLC 可程式化邏 輯控制器與 LabVIEW 人機互動介面結合,達到控制設備作動與人機介面即 時監控並顯示設備作動狀態,並採用 Modbus 通訊協定當作 PLC 與 LabVIEW 間通訊之橋梁,讓人機介面可不斷收集儲存 PLC 所有相關訊號, 並在畫面上呈現馬達轉速、馬達扭力、溫度、即時線材線徑、線材重量及生 產量,配合遠端監控軟體,即使操作人員不在現場,也可隨時查看目前設備 運轉狀況,可減少額外不必要的成本花費且操作設備更加安全,使設備朝向 智慧機械化,增加年輕人就業意願,並使再製線材成為綠色製造的產品。.

This research mainly develops a recycling filament coil equipment for 3D printing waste materials which is integrated PLC programmable logic controller with LabVIEW human machine interactive interface. It can control the operation, and immediately monitor and delicately display the operation status of the equipment. The Modbus communication protocol is used as a communication bridge between PLC and LabVIEW, so that the human-machine interactive interface can continuously collect and store all relevant signals of PLC. Th information of the motor speed, motor torque, temperature, real-time wire diameter, filament coil weight and production volume can be displayed on the screen. The operator can inspect the current status of the equipment at any time even if he is not on-site by a remote monitoring software. It can reduce unnecessary costs, make safer to operate equipment, move toward smart mechanization, increase young people's willingness to work, and make a green manufacturing product of the reproduced filament coil..
