本論文使用一 DSP 控制雙向交流-直流轉換器,架構採用雙級電路組成,前級以全橋架構使用正弦脈波寬度調變技術和平均電流控制,進行功率因數修正以及變流器的設計,達成交流與直流的雙向能量轉換,後級串接一雙主動全橋轉換器(Dual Active Bridge,DAB),轉換器兩側之全橋開關責任週期為 50%,雙向功率藉由變壓器兩端全橋之間的相位進行能量傳遞,最終達成電氣隔離、雙向功率、零電壓切換的優點,適合應用於小型儲能系統之能源轉換媒介。 最後,為了驗證本架構和控制方法的可行性,將實作出一組功率為 150W 之電路雛形,使用的控制器為德州儀器公司所開發的數位處理器 TMS320F28335。電路動作分為充電與放電模式,充電模式:輸入交流電壓 110 Vac模擬電網電壓,整流後降壓至直流電壓 48 Vdc對電池充電;放電模式:輸入直流 48 Vdc模擬電池電壓,升壓後經變流器得到交流電壓 110 Vac提供電網使用。.

This thesis presents the development of a bidirectional AC-DC converter controlled by a DSP. The architecture consists of two stages: the front stage utilizes a full-bridge configuration with sinusoidal pulse width modulation and average current control for power factor correction and converter design, achieving bidirectional energy conversion between AC and DC. The back stage incorporates a Dual Active Bridge (DAB) converter, with a duty cycle of 50% on both sides, enabling bidirectional power transfer through phase shifting between the full bridges at both ends of the transformer. This design offers advantages such as electrical isolation, bidirectional power flow, and zero-voltage switching, making it suitable for energy conversion in small-scale energy storage systems. Finally, to verify the feasibility of this architecture and control method, a prototype circuit with a power rating of 150 W is implemented, employing the TMS320F28335 digital signal processor developed by Texas Instruments. The operation of the circuit is divided into charging and discharging modes, in the charging mode, the input AC voltage of 110 Vac simulates the grid voltage, which is rectified and then reduced to a DC voltage of 48 Vdc for battery charging; in the discharging mode, the input DC voltage of 48 Vdc simulates the battery voltage, which is boosted and then converted by the inverter to obtain an AC voltage of 110 Vac for grid utilization..
