本文研究透過實際參與新建同位素治療病房個案實務為例，探討如何運用專案管理的方法於醫院工程需求確認、設計審查、進度管控、施工督導等專案管理工作，並以專案管理的生命週期檢討進度、品質、成本之執行，確認專案管理的有效運用模式，以達到降低風險、避免重工、工期延宕及增加預算等問題產生，同時作為規劃與執行後續醫院工程專案之參考。.

In addition, this study uses the life cycle of project management to control project progress, quality, and cost, in order to reduce risks, avoid problems such as heavy work, project delays and budget increases. The resulst of of this study can be a reference for planning and executing subsequent hospital construction project.
