近年來，政府提倡周休二日，國人的休閒機會大增，從事休閒遊憩活動的旅遊人數順勢成長，在文創、觀光產業的發展下，在地文化和在地特色旅遊行程愈來愈受歡迎，位處台灣中部的雲林縣古坑鄉草嶺具有獨特性，「草嶺」在雲林縣政府及古坑鄉的推動與輔導之下行之多年，並成立了「草嶺石壁森林療育基地」，多次舉辦草嶺石壁森林療癒祭，吸引不少遊客前往參與。本研究以「草嶺石壁森林療育基地」為例，試圖藉由IPA模式來探討地方觀光產業的發展成效，了解遊客對於地方營造、地方產業轉型成效的感受。本研究於113年04月01日至05月31日，進行問卷發放，回收後分析結果顯示：1. 不同受訪遊客的個人基本資料變項對草嶺石壁森林療育基地的重視程度與滿意程度有顯著差異，部分成立。2.透過IPA散佈圖可以得知遊客在意的重點主要為當地的景色、自然生態等等，且滿意程度接近於「滿意」；其對於小吃、紀念品、伴手禮及DIY活動等重視程度較無要求，但對於餐飲的選擇多元化、住宿品質及停車方便性是相對不滿意的。根據研究結果，本研究建議相關管理單位能針對50歲以上的年齡層遊客，設計銀髮樂活的相關活動，或是策劃寓教於樂的家庭親子活動，並推出適合一家大小用餐的在地特色桌菜等，改善遊客對於當地餐飲購物滿意程度不佳的印象。另外，藉由本研究之IPA分析結果，建議經營管理單位必須要提供符合遊客需求的停車空間，並且增設公廁、照明設備加強安全隱私，並多次巡檢打掃，維護環境衛生；嘗試變換不同的主題，檢視參加活動後的回饋感受，找出更能符合該地方的在地特色活動。本研究希望相關管理單位能參考結果與建議，使草嶺石壁森林療育基地的觀光發展規劃能更加符合遊客所重視的遊憩需求，並針對不足的部分加以改善，能提高遊客到訪草嶺石壁森林療育基地的滿意度與遊憩品質，進而帶動地方相關觀光產業的發展，恢復地方活力及創造無限商機。.

520 3 $a In recent years, the government has promoted two days off a week, significantly increasing leisure opportunities for the public; thus, the number of tourists engaging in leisure and recreational activities has continually grown. Besides, with the development of the cultural and local industries, tours about local cultures and features have become more and more popular. Situated in the central Taiwan, Caoling in Gukeng Township, Yunlin County, has unique geographic features; therefore, Caoling Forest Therapy Base was founded after the long-term promotion by the Yunlin County Government and Gukeng Township office and has held Caoling Forest Therapy Festive to attract numerous tourists. This study took Caoling Forest Therapy Base as a case study, utilizing the IPA model to explore the effectiveness of the local tourism industry and to understand tourists' perceptions toward placemaking and local industrial transformation. The surveys were conducted during April 1st to May 31st, 2024. The results of the collected data show that (1) tourists’ demographics have significant differences in the importance and satisfaction in Caoling Forest Therapy Base. The hypothesis is partially true. (2) the IPA scatter plot indicates that tourists are concerned about local scenery and nature ecology, and the satisfaction is satisfied; however, they are less interested in local snacks, souvenirs, gifts, and DIY activities while they are unsatisfied with dining options, accommodations, and parking spaces. Based on the results of the study, the study suggested the related managerial units could design InLOHAS activities for visitors over than 50 years old to participate or plan parent-child educational activities combing educational and entertaining meanings. Additionally, offering dining options with local cuisines for families to improve dinning and shopping experiences. Besides, the results of the IPA analysis, the managerial units should plan parking spaces for tourists, add more public restrooms and lightening facilities for security and privacy and clean to maintain the environment and hygiene. They could also try to change different themes and review feedbacks and to explore more activities to meet the local features. Hopefully, the results of the study can provide the related managerial unites a clear picture to develop better plans to fulfill tourists’ recreational needs in Caoling Forest Therapy Base, to improve the insufficient parts, and to increase the satisfaction when tourists visiting in Caoling Forest Therapy Base and recreational quality; further, to promote local industrial development to restore local energy and unlimited business..
