具輔助站立之馬桶椅在居家生活輔具上扮演著重要的角色，此設備必需具備升降及翻轉兩種運動模式，如此一來使用者在進行輔助站立之運動時較符合人體工學，也較舒適安全。現今市面上馬桶輔助站立裝置皆利用電動缸驅動，推動坐墊同時進行升降及翻轉運動，少部分裝置是依賴使用者本身力量搭配彈簧或氣壓棒；其中驅動源又分為：1.以電動缸為驅動源的主動式 2.以患者本身出力為主，彈簧及氣壓棒為輔的被動式兩種。此外，如何提高穩定性、減少機構體積及降低維修與保養成本，是一門值得深思學問，也是值得鑽研的課題。本研究主要針對輔助站立馬桶椅之四連桿組，進行資料收集研究、分析探討與創新設計。首先，分析現有專利與現有產品之優缺點及歸納特性，提出創新、實用、且符合人因工程的翻轉控制機制(創新設計方案)，並依照膝關節運動方向，設計電力驅動站立馬桶椅。接著將椅背及扶手融入創新設計，促使機構在運作時，在保有舒適性的前提下增加安全性。本研究首先利用SolidWorks進行工程圖面之繪製，並驗證其創新設計之可行性；接著，將電力驅動馬桶機構尺寸及數據，帶入Altair Inspire進行運動模擬與驅動力分析，確保符合本研究之目標；最後，進行本創新設計之雛形開發。.

520 3 $a Toilet chairs with assisted standing function plays an important role in home living aids. This equipment must have both lifting and rotating motions so that users can perform assisted standing exercises in a more ergonomic, comfortable, and safe manner. Currently, most toilet standing-aid devices on the market use electric actuators to drive the seat of the chair, enabling simultaneous lifting and rotating motions. A small number of devices rely on the user's strength in combination with springs or air cylinders. The driving sources can be categorized into two types: 1. Active type driven by electric actuators and 2. Passive type, where the user's strength is primary, aided by springs and air cylinders. Additionally, how to improve stability, reduce the size of the mechanism, and lower maintenance and repair costs are all subjects worth exploring and delving into. This study focuses on the research, exploration, and innovative design of the four-bar linkage mechanism in toilet chairs with assisted standing functions. First, the strengths, weaknesses, and characteristics of existing patents and products are analyzed to propose an innovative, practical, and ergonomically designed rotating control mechanism (innovative design solution). The design is classified as a power-driven standing toilet chair based on the direction of knee joint movement. The back link and armrest are then integrated into the innovative design to enhance safety while maintaining comfort during operation. Initially, SolidWorks is used to create engineering drawings and verify the feasibility of the innovative design. Next, the dimensions of the power-driven toilet mechanism are input into Altair Inspire for motion simulation and drive force analysis to ensure that the study's objectives are met.
