RV減速機是一種高減速比的傳動系統，是在傳統擺線針輪減速機(Cycloid drive)的基礎上發展出來的一種新型傳動，不僅克服了一般擺線針輪減速機的缺點，而且因為具有體積小、重量輕、效率高、抗衝擊力強、扭矩大、振動小、以及減速比範圍大、傳動平穩等一系列優點。它較機器人中常用的諧波傳動(Harmonic drive)具有高得多的疲勞強度、剛度和壽命，而且誤差精度穩定，不像諧波傳動那樣隨著使用時間增長運動精度就會顯著降低，故世界上許多國家高精度機器人之傳動系統多採用RV減速機，在先進機器人傳動系統中有逐漸取代諧波減速機的發展趨勢。本篇論文的主要研究內容是針對具有圓弧齒型的偏擺減速機和RV減速機進行設計和製造開發。它指出了傳統加工方法可能造成的精度問題和裝配挑戰，提出了一種解決方案，即通過設計雙圓弧齒型來取代傳統的針輪擺線齒型。具體來說，本研究所設計之雙圓弧齒型偏擺減速機和RV減速機的環齒輪有40齒、偏擺輪有39齒、偏心量1.35毫米，本研究還設計了能夠生產雙圓弧齒型的成型刀具，這有助於實現大量生產，簡化加工流程，並降低成本。.

520 3 $a The RV gearbox is a type of high reduction ratio transmission system, developed from the traditional cycloid drive gearbox. It not only overcomes the drawbacks of conventional cycloid drive gearboxes but also offers a series of advantages such as compact size, lightweight, high efficiency, strong impact resistance, high torque, low vibration, as well as a wide range of reduction ratios and smooth transmission. It has much higher fatigue strength, stiffness, and lifespan compared to the commonly used harmonic drive in robots. Moreover, its error accuracy remains stable over time, unlike the harmonic drive, which significantly reduces motion accuracy with prolonged use. Therefore, in many countries, the transmission systems of high-precision robots mostly adopt RV gearboxes, indicating a trend of gradually replacing harmonic gearboxes in advanced robot transmission systems. The main focus of this paper is the design and development of an RV gearbox with circular arc teeth. It identifies the precision issues and assembly challenges that traditional machining methods may cause and proposes a solution by designing double circular arc teeth to replace the traditional cycloid teeth. Specifically, the ring gear has 40 teeth, the eccentric gear has 39 teeth, and an eccentricity of 1.35 millimeters is set. In the planetary reduction section, the planet gear has 24 teeth, and the sun gear has 12 teeth. Additionally, the study designs molding tools capable of producing double circular arc teeth, facilitating mass production, streamlining the machining process, and reducing costs..
