本研究採用銀基銲膏對不銹鋼進行高週波感應硬銲。以不同的額定功率為變化參數下進行硬銲接合。藉由光學顯微鏡、X光繞射分析儀(XRD)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)和X射線能量散布分析儀(EDS)對銀基填料與不銹鋼接合界面進行顯微組織觀察與成分分析,並透衝擊試驗藉以評估其機械性質。研究結果顯示,隨著額定功率的提高,接合區域氣孔的大小與數量持續增加。主要原因是助銲劑產生的揮發氣體沒有足夠的時間從熔融填料中排出。由於銀基填料中的銀、銅和鋅從界面附近擴散至不銹鋼中,使得銀基填料與不銹鋼表面之間有良好的接合,有助於提高接合界面的衝擊強度。在高額定功率參數下,其冷卻速率較慢,透過金相分析其銀基填料的顯微組織,可發現到熔從細的珊瑚狀結構到島狀結構的轉變。而不銹鋼的顯微組織並沒有觀察到明顯的變化。.

In the presented study high frequency induction brazing of a stainless steel with silver based filler metal paste was investigated. High frequency induction brazing was performed with varying rated power. Microstructure and composition analysis of the filler metal and brazed joints were performed using optical microscope, X-ray diffraction analyzer, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Impact test was carried out for investigation of mechanical property. Results indicated that as the rated power raised, the pore size and pore volume would continue to increase. The pores of the brazing filler metal joints could be mainly ascribed to the flux did not have time to overflow the molten brazing material. Due to the silver, copper and zinc diffused near the braze interface, which diffused from filler metal into the stainless. There could also be seen a good bonding between the filler metal and the stainless steel surface, thus the impact strength of the joints were improved. Metallographic examinations revealed the phases present in the molten metal underwent a transformation from the fine coral-like morphology to the island-like morphology due to it experienced slow cooling as high rated power condition. However, no significant change was found in the microstructure of the stainless steel..
