近年來，隨著抗藥性問題日益嚴重，開發新型抗菌劑成為了緊迫的需求。碳量子點（Carbon Quantum Dots, CQDs）作為一種直徑小於10奈米的創新奈米材料，其簡易合成過程、低生產成本、高水溶性以及特殊的光學性質使其在抗菌領域展現出巨大潛力。本研究使用燒結法從豆渣製備出經濟效益高的豆渣碳量子點（SDCQDs），並結合使用沸石咪唑酯框架材料（ZIFs）和多巴胺，利用ZIF-8獨特的結構特性和多巴胺的高生物相容性及良好的光熱轉換效率，來研究其光熱、光動效應以及對金黃色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果。在實驗中，首先考慮到金屬有機框架（MOF）的特性，將SDCQDs裝載於其內部以增強藥物遞送效果。外圍則包覆聚多巴胺，接著進行808 nm紅外光照射，以評估光熱治療（PTT）與光動力治療（PDT）的協同作用是否能提升材料本身的抗菌效果。研究發現，所製備的材料展示出優異的光熱轉換效率，且光穩定性測試顯示，經重複照射後材料仍能保持良好的升溫效果。在抗菌試驗中，SDCQDs本身對金黃色葡萄球菌已表現出良好的抗菌活性，經過聚多巴胺包覆並進行紅外光照射後，抗菌效果得到顯著提升。綜合研究結果表明，通過豆渣的再利用與CQDs的特性結合多巴胺的光熱轉換效率，本研究開發的材料在抗菌應用上具有良好的發展潛力。.

520 3 $a As drug resistance intensifies globally, the need for innovative antimicrobial agents is more critical than ever. Among promising solutions, Carbon Quantum Dots (CQDs), with their sub-10 nanometer size, emerge as a notable nanomaterial. These CQDs are distinguished by their straightforward production method, affordability, high solubility in water, and distinctive optical characteristics—traits that position them as potential powerhouses in antimicrobial efforts. This research utilized the sintering technique to synthesize economically advantageous soybean dregs carbon quantum dots (SDCQDs) and integrated them with zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs) and dopamine to exploit the structural advantages of ZIF-8 and dopamine's bio-friendly photo-thermal properties. This study delved into their combined photo-thermal and photo-dynamic actions and their effectiveness against Staphylococcus aureus. In our methodology, we encapsulated SDCQDs within a Metal-Organic Framework (MOF) to augment the efficacy of drug delivery. We then coated the composite with polydopamine and subjected it to 808 nm infrared irradiation to evaluate if the synergistic application of photothermal therapy (PTT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) could amplify its antimicrobial capabilities. Our findings reveal that the material demonstrates superior photothermal conversion, maintaining effective heating even after multiple irradiations. Antimicrobial assays further showed that SDCQDs inherently inhibit Staphylococcus aureus effectively. This inhibition markedly improved after applying a polydopamine coating and subsequent infrared exposure. Collectively, these results indicate that leveraging the recyclability of soybean dregs with the functional attributes of CQDs and dopamine’s photothermal efficiency results in a composite material with promising antimicrobial applications..
