本論文提出具電流回授之MOSFET三相同步整流器設計。發電機輸出三相交流電壓及電流經過整流器全波整流後轉換成直流電源提供電瓶充電或給負載消耗使用,現今整流器電路大多使用二極體為整流元件,每當二極體導通時每顆二極體會有0.7 V的電壓降,進而使整流效率降低,因此本論文提出利用金屬氧化物半導體場效電晶體(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor, MOSFET)取代二極體做為整流器之整流元件,利用MOSFET導通阻抗極低之特性改善整流器整流效率,並使用MICROCHIP的微控制器(Microprocessor Control Unit, MCU)控制MOSFET三相同步整流器之閘極訊號,加上霍爾電流感知器(HAS 50-S)偵測發電機輸出的相電流,將相電流訊號轉成以1.5 V為基準的電壓訊號回授給MCU做電流回授控制,使MOSFET的導通時機更加精準,讓整流器整流效率提升。.

This paper proposes a design for a MOSFET three-phase synchronous rectifier with current feedback. The alternator outputs three-phase alternating voltage and current, which are fully rectified by the rectifier circuit into a direct current power supply for charging the battery or powering the load. Currently, most rectifier circuits use diodes as rectifying elements. However, each diode has a voltage drop of 0.7 V when conducting, which reduces the rectification efficiency. Therefore, this paper proposes using Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs) as rectifying elements instead of diodes. The characteristic of MOSFETs having extremely low conduction impedance is utilized to improve the rectification efficiency. Furthermore, MICROCHIP's Microprocessor Control Unit (MCU) is used to control the gate signals of the MOSFET three-phase synchronous rectifier. Additionally, a Hall current sensor (HAS 50-S) is employed to detect the phase current output from the alternator. The phase current signal is then converted into a voltage signal based on a 1.5 V reference and fed back to the MCU for current feedback control. This allows for more precise timing of MOSFET conduction, thereby enhancing the rectification efficiency of the rectifier..
