目前一些研究人員在CNC工具機中添加各種感測器，收集刀具磨損和破損過程中的物理信號，如聲音、振動、電流等，然後使用數據分析技術進行數據處理和刀具壽命預測。但是，此方法需要額外的感測器，不僅增加設備成本，也增加了系統的複雜性。為了解決這個問題，本研究提出了一個基於Visual Studio、TensorFlow.NET和FANUC工具機的C#程式，該程式使用NC Guide建構模擬加工機，並透過與工具機的Focas協定進行通訊，監控並收集CNC加工過程中的各種參數數據，如刀具管理資料、轉速、加工時間等。然後該程式使用TensorFlow.NET訓練神經網路模型對這些數據進行運算，進而實現對刀具壽命的預測。此外，本研究還整合了KUKA機械手臂，實現自動夾取工件、儲存加工資料及累積刀具壽命等功能，此方法不需要添加額外的感測器、可即時監控加工過程，並可以將刀具壽命預測結果顯示在介面上，進而提醒使用者提前更換刀具等。透過實際測試，此方法被證明具有高度的準確性和可靠性，可以幫助製造業提高生產效率、增進安全性和降低生產成本。.

520 3 $a At present, some scholars and researchers add various sensors to CNC tooling machines to collect physical signals, such as sound, vibration, current, etc., in the process of tool wear and breakage, and then use data analysis techniques for data processing and tool life prediction. However, these methods require the addition of sensors to the CNC tooling machine, which not only increases the cost of the equipment but also increases the complexity of the system. To solve these problems, this study proposes a C# program based on Visual Studio 2022, TensorFlow.NET, and the FANUC tool machine. The program uses the NC Guide to build a simulated machining machine and communicates with the Focas protocol of the tool machine to monitor and collect various parameter data during CNC machining, such as tool management data, RPM, machining time, etc. The program uses TensorFlow.NET and FANUC tool machine to create a simulation of the machining machine. The program then uses TensorFlow.NET to train a neural network model to operate on these data to achieve tool life prediction. In addition, this study integrates a KUKA robot arm to realize automatic workpiece clamping, machining data storage, and tool life accumulation. The proposed method has many advantages, including no need to add additional sensors, real-time monitoring of the machining process, and the ability to display the tool life prediction results on the interface to remind the user to change the tool in advance.
